A: 95% of our products are regular nail polishes which don't need UV nail lamp. We only have 14 colors of gel polishes in store.
Q: What is the difference between solar and thermal?
A: Thermal reacts to temperature while solar reacts to sunlight. Some polishes in our store have both effects!
Q: How does the thermal top coats work?
A: Thermal top coat can transform any base nail polish into thermal. Your nail bed will be slightly clear with holographic effect when warm. Your nail tip will be opaque colored like French manicure.
Q: Do thermal polishes change color on artificial nails?
A: Yes, they work both on artificial and natural nails!
Q: Is your polishes easy to remove?
A: Yes it is regular nail polish which you can easily remove with liquid nail polish remover or remover cream in our store.
Q: How long does the polish last?
Q: Do I need anything else to make temperature-reactive nail polish work?
A: No you don't need anything else. Thermal polish works solely on temperature changing.
Q: Do I need anything else to make magnetic polish work?
A: Yes, you need a magnet to make it work.
Q: I love your polishes but are they safe?
A: LolliPolish is proud to carry 5-Free nail polishes which are made without the use of Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, or Camphor. And we only use expensive European pigments.
Q: Is LolliPolish still shipping orders during COVID-19?
A: Yes! Most of LolliPolish is working from home, but we are still shipping. Please be patient as orders may take a little longer than usual to arrive.

Q: I received my order and a polish had spilled out onto the box it came in. What can I do?
A: Please take a photo of the damaged polish and send it to email@example.com. We will send you a replacement or you can choose to refund that bottle.
Q: What if I don't have enough available credit to make the purchase? Can I split my payment?
A: Yes! For US and CA customers, you can try split up your orders into 4 interest-free payments with Sezzle.
Q: What is the minimum order value for Sezzle?
A: The Sezzle option is only available when cart value is equal or more than $35.
Q: I just ordered. When will you ship my order?
A: We offer Same-Day Shipping for orders placed before 12PM PST on weekdays. For orders placed after 12PM PST, they will be shipped the next day. Orders placed in weekend will be shipped on the next Monday.
Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: Domestic shipping normally takes about 2 - 7 days to arrive. During COVID-19, orders take a little longer than usual to arrive. You can check our shipping policy for more information.
Q: Why you charge me more than USPS charges you?
A: Except for USPS postage, we have to pay our warehouse handling fee for each order. This is why the shipping fee you pay is higher than postage on shipping label.
